Great location just a short walk from ice cream and the beach and not too far on a golf cart/car ride from the more hustle and bustle but we loved being just a little bit away from all the business. The house itself was perfect — we especially liked the outdoor shower and outdoor spaces. We will stay here again!

After staying, checking in and enjoying our week, we came to conclusion that this is one of the best homes we have stayed in the area! Everything was extremely clean, the location was great, the response time was fantastic and they were very clear. We had everything we needed, and by far had the best vacation yet! We will definitely be booking again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Rosa Florida! The house was exactly as pictured. Walking distance to the beach & night life! The bedrooms were the perfect size. Big beds! It was a little cold and we were unable to change the temperature. That was truly the only issue. We would definitely recommend!! And will book with avari again in the future!
