There are two convenient beach access points available to guests. The private Village Beach Walkover is approximately a 12-minute walk (0.6 miles) from the community, while the Blue Mountain Beach Public Access is located 0.8 mi away at the south end of County Highway 83 and can be reached by foot, bike, or golf cart. The public access also offers parking and restroom facilities for added convenience.

The condo itself offers a bright, welcoming space designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything needed for a stress-free stay along Scenic 30A. After a day spent at the beach, exploring nearby coastal dune lakes, or biking the Timpoochee Trail, return to unwind and enjoy all the comforts of home.

Great place and location. Right by the pool. And pool closes early. Enjoyed our stay very much. No beach towels provided was the only negative.

We loved the condo. It was nice to have the space while we were in town for a wedding. We didnt use the amenities but they looked great. We loved walking to the coffee shoppe every morning. Good spot!
