We love how quiet the stay at Couryard 17 was. You go out the back door and take a short walk through the garden of natural vegetation to the beach. Our kids loved riding bikes and exploring. The home was spacious and well stocked with what we needed. This home is a bit older, so some items were a little dated but we feel that was reflected in the price and it was a great trade off to have the space we needed. My son LOVED having the third floor loft to himself and my teenage daughter enjoyed a private bathroom. If we choose to visit SRB again, we would definitely book again.

Spacious, clean and great location to downtown Santa Rosa Beach. Easy walk to gated beach access, and restaurants. Grounds and amenities well taken care of and easy to acces.

I loved the close proximity to The Perfect Pig, where we went to happy hour every day and brunch every Sunday.
