Guests can enjoy the fresh air and lovely sunset views from the corner Gulf-facing balcony, set up with enough seating for six guests. Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable as you relax in the living area furnished with a sofa bed. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and an elegant prep table that also works as a breakfast bar for six guests. The shared charcoal grills will provide if you'd rather cook something with an extra sear. When your swimsuits are ready from the private washer/dryer, it's just a short walk down to the private beach access.

Shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

We had the best time. location was great, close enough to the beach to easily walk there. Lots of places to eat. Amenities good. Very responsive hosts, place was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo with the perfect people watching balcony. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and other small stores. Perfect with children. May be the quietest place we’ve stayed. We did have a few hours wait after asking for the code to the beach as the first we were sent was from a month prior, but the beach was beautiful and quiet once we were able to get to it.

I was initially hesitant to book this condo due to the universally poor reviews about the new management company's communication. And while that initially was true after booking, they seemed to have gotten their act today and responded properly and quickly.

Everything was excellent. You will not fight a better place of this size at this price point. The patio is HUGE - we loved it. Comfy beds. A replacement couch is probably necessary at this point, but it was good enough. The beach wagon was a gamechanger!

Only a few noteworthy considerations:
-It's out of their control, but there is construction underway across the street. It starts early and was noticeable but not to the point was it affected our trip.
-The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc., but there are literally no cooking ingredients. You will need to buy all.
-There were only 2 coffee pods total for our 4 day trip. Please provide more. Additionally, there were no coffee filters provided for the pot.
