Would definitely stay here again. Great location and convenient to local beaches.

The location was great and close to area beaches. For entrance into the gated community, be sure to use the entrance on 30A instead of GPS. We had some difficulty opening the key box and had to call for assistance. Beds were comfortable.

Limited seating in the dining and living area. There is no blender, big bowls, cutting board or pitcher. Could also use a new hand can opener. The coffee pot is not a k-cup so will need to bring regular coffee. The pots and pans were well loved.

The places in a perfect location and clean. We weren’t real clear in which entrance to take or the code to get in the gate but we managed. We loved it there!!

We enjoyed that the house was centrally located to the nearby beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The pool is very nice and well taken care of. The A/C works great and the hot water is hot. It is 3 stories, so if you have small children just be careful with them going up and down because the stairs are steep and do curve. The kitchen is small, but gets the job done. It is missing a few essential items, like a cutting board. The fridge gets very cold and by the end of our trip, most of everything was frozen even after turning the fridge temp down twice. We didn’t use the pull out couch for sleeping because the mattress was dirty, but we had plenty enough space for all of us with between the bunk beds and the master bedroom. The wifi is spotty, but it was fixable by restarting the router. We did enjoy our stay, and we would stay here again because of its location and the price point for this area.
