This second-floor condo offers an unbeatable location right across the street from the 30A beach access and the 30A where you can take a leisure bike ride or walk to nearby restaurants, boutiques, and concert areas. Some other must-visit attractions include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place Town Center, Camp Helen State Park, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

This bright and cheerful home away from home offers a well-appointed kitchen with upgraded granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - you have all the essentials to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and full course meals. The living area is a great spot to unwind and relax after a fantastic day at the beach, or sip a glass of your favorite beverage at sunset or a cup of coffee at sunrise while sitting on your covered balcony. In addition, you are granted access to the shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

We used this space for a quick beach trip with our son. Location couldn’t have been better for easy beach access. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. We were not there often - mainly used it as a place to sleep and get ready, and it was perfect for that. We did not cook, but prepped beach snacks and had everything we needed for that. The space could get a little tight with more than 3 people, but overall, it was perfect for us and would book again!

Great condo vs hotel for a few days driving from Pensacola to Jacksonville Florida

Enjoyed our 2 night stay -walk across street to beach ( we had our own chairs since we drove)
Sunrise and sunsets lovely from beach
Pizza and wings next door was delicious - comfy bed - clear instructions to enter condo
Short drive to state park - I did not find pool - no info offered aboutt that ( I didn’t inquire as we did beach ) - plenty of towels offered and a few basic supplies

Coffeemaker but Bring your own coffee ( or pods) etc-no grocery store near - ( all hotels even offer free coffee) elevator wasn’t working - stairs ok for us but might be issue - get clarification before booking - a pack of playing cards would’ve been nice since it stormed during our visit
I would add a blackout curtain in the bedroom as the light from walkway kept room too lit for me even with blinds

Great place that was close to the beach, food and fun! Rent a bike and travel up and down the strip. Traffic was bad but doable.

Only complaint was door to patio did not lock and entry door did not feel secure…you could rattle the door…maybe a dead bolt in addition would help

We have been to many airbnbs and they always had everything we need from beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, coffee, spices, and a lot more. This place doesn’t have anything except three bath towels. It is not worth what we paid compared to other places in the area which have beach related stuff in addition to bikes. The sofa is so dirty and its mattress has yellow stains. I wouldn’t book this place again personally. However the place is big and fits 5 people not 6 because the upper bunk bed is not save to use as it doesn’t have guardrails around it. Also the location is good and near everything
