The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. B404 is beautifully decorated in corals, aqua blues, and soothing greens. The furnishings have been professionally hand-picked with the beach in mind. This unit compliments the tropical surroundings of this relaxing resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.


All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
