Waterscape's A507 - This newly upgraded unit is thoughtfully decorated in an upscale theme with stylish furnishings and newly tiled flooring throughout. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and extra storage in the pantry area. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The bunk room door is a great feature that provides extra privacy. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a beautifully decorated half bathroom off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub, and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. There is a large laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. 🏖️ We especially loved being closer to the end of the condo building with a great view of the ocean. 🌊

One helpful tip for future guests: you’ll want to bring your own dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher tabs. Not a big deal at all, but if you’re a planner like me, it’s something I would’ve packed from home had I known!

The property itself is awesome and very kid-friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The A507 Condo (The Ugly Couch condo , as my Grandson called it😂😂😂 ) was well furnished, clean, and had an amply stocked kitchen and the rooms sufficiently stocked with linens and towels. The unit has a great view overlooking the ocean. The Waterscape Resort amenites were very clean and well mantained. Vacasa and their staff, as the rental management company, was very informative and provided excellent service during booking, at check-in and at check-out. Vacasa is one of the best companies I have booked through. I highly reccomend them and will use them again. Finally, the prices when booking through Vacasa was much better than many of the online booking platforms I searched and significantly better that most of owner based (direct) websites for Waterscape. I highly reccomend. FIVE STARS
