The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and extra storage in the pantry area. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The large new dining table offers comfortable seating. This beautiful home offers a newly renovated twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The nautical-themed bunk room features a curtain partition for privacy, wall-mounted flat screen DVD player, quality themed bedding, storage, and decor. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and BLU-RAY DVD player. There is a newly decorated half bath off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, cozy sitting area, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Waterscape A613 is conveniently located near the elevator and pool area. The new heating and air-conditioning system with high definition digital thermostat provides ultimate comfort in any season.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
