However, if you are into more outdoorsy things to do, you can always take a refreshing dip in the community pool, or try a new workout routine at the fitness center. Then, soak your tired muscles in the community hot tub to sleep like a baby afterward. This air-conditioned retreat also boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, an on-site washer/dryer, and comfortable bedrooms.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
