Things to Know
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands are provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit's maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
Wristbands are not required for beach access

Broken toaster, broken door chain lock, door needs to be pushed to be secured. Bring your own hand soap, you need to buy more trash bags and toilet paper as only a limited supply is provided. This property has a partial view to the gulf. Only a few bbq grills worked outside due to the igniter was not working. It is next to other resorts, pier and boardwalk. Parking is adequate and was not a problem. Other issues is out of control as marijuana smokers are all over the place. This is not a bad place to say as long as you don’t encounter the nuisance vacationers. Also, house keeping opened our door before we check out. Good luck.

We had originally booked a different unit and was called by the management two days before our arrival and told that the unit we had booked was being remodeled and would not be ready for our check in. We were offered the choice of three other units one with a partial Ocean View. That was a nice little upgrade since we would have had a parking lot view. It was so nice to sit on the deck with my morning tea and enjoy looking at the ocean. The pool and lazy river were easy to get to and never too crowded. Daily beach set up came with our unit and that was an easy walk around the pool/lazy river to get to the beach access. I would stay here again.

Waterscape was a perfect Fall Break getaway with kids! So much for them to do. The condo was very clean with the exception of the sofas that were a little dingy. Really enjoyed that this unit had a gulf view for my morning coffee.
