We had a great time, and it was a lovely home. Easy walk to the beach and pool, and the place was clean and had everything we needed. We would come back here and stay again!

Spacious house. Room for the family to spread out and lots of space for the dog. Kitchen had lots of tools to cook with and the screen porch was a very peaceful spot. Beautiful beaches and the pool was located within walking distance.

Overall, our stay was lovely and the home was in a great location to the beach, walking paths and not too far from restaurants. Fans did not always work or were so loose that they made so much noise so they had to be kept on low....which in Florida can be an issue. There were not basic items provided, so bring laundry detergent, all purpose cleaner, salt and pepper, etc... but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as we remembered it. The Avari team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Check-in and out were super easy. The house is spacious, clean and just right for our family. It’s a short walk to the beach, which was never crowded. They have everything you need to have a relaxing time at the beach. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking to visit Cape San Blas.
