Overview

Newly built in 2022, this Port St. Joe guesthouse is a 'diamond in the rough' and brings a wonderful sense of ease, polish, and comfort to your next escape to Florida's Gulf Coast. Walk a few steps to the white-sand beach each morning, and spend your afternoons swimming in the Windmark community pool.

This guesthouse, which shares its property with a main house, is located on a beautiful stretch of coastline within walking distance of the beach. The small city of Port St. Joe is less than six miles south, where you'll find an assortment of beachy restaurants, shops, conveniences, and the Cape San Blas Lighthouse. It's a great area to escape from it all, yet you'll still be within a 40-mile day trip of Panama City Beach.

As new construction, this single-story guesthouse sleeps two comfortably and features every modern comfort. The living space is decorated in a soft, calming palette, with central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi running throughout.

Enjoy an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both the kitchen island and the adjacent table, and a living room with a smart TV for your evening entertainment. There's also a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly.

We had a great stay. The only problem we experienced was with the fire alarm low battery chirp indicator in the main house. To our surprise it was fixed within a couple of hours. A perfect place for couples!

Your feedback helps us maintain the high standards we strive for, and we’re grateful for your kind words. We would love to welcome you back for another stay in Port St. Joe whenever you’re ready!

Place was pristine and I felt safe and secure. Air conditioning was great. Spotlessly clean however no welcoming water or juice. Just empty fridge. Getting there a bit late that would’ve been helpful.
