We enjoyed our stay, it rained most of the time so the indoor pool definitely saved the day! The little coffee shop and restaurant there on the property was convenient but only that. It wasn’t anything special but was decently priced and was within walking distance. There was a dollar general also conveniently 5 minutes away. We also enjoyed the “take one leave one” baskets they had. We didn’t bring any beach toys so this was perfect for my 3yr old. However I’m 23 weeks pregnant, there wasn’t any fans in the condo and there was a note saying we couldn’t turn the temp lower than 70 so I was very hot and miserable at night time. Would definitely recommend brining your own fan! We also only had 3 towels and 3 face rags for 2 adults and a toddler for 2 nights so of course we had to spend the extra money to wash. They did however provide us with 2 laundry pods but unfortunately we didn’t realize they had them until it was time to leave. Over all would stay again but would be more prepared

Overall, the stay matched the listing and everything was as described, which we appreciated. However, communication was a significant drawback during our visit.

We requested an additional night and it took several days to receive a response, which left us uncertain and worried about potentially needing to find last-minute accommodations. Additionally, we were locked out of the home twice, and responses through the app took hours. When we tried calling the management line, there was also a long wait before reaching someone.

These delays were especially inconvenient in urgent moments, like when we had groceries to bring in and needed immediate access to the home. While the property itself met expectations, the lack of timely and reliable communication made the experience stressful, and it’s ultimately the reason we would not choose to book with this management company again.
