great stay! the pillows could have been significantly better as they were quite flat and the couch didn’t have a blanket for those sleeping on couch :/ we had to go out and buy one. space was clean and the pool was great for the kids.

Two main issues. First is the unit door code to get in and to lock each time going out….10 digit code! Really? Who does this? My husband is legally blind, two others that were staying in my unit are 70+. Not to mention, the code pad was very sensitive. Basically, I was the one to work the door!
Number 2. Security came through the parking lot telling us to remove our wet beach towels off of the balcony rails due to it’s a fire hazard. I would like an explanation for this?
Not to mention, we were not sent a unit # until after we arrived and had to call for it, was given the wrong number, had to call again to get the correct unit number. We drive for 10 hours , have paid for a unit and get there and before we can enter the parking lot, the guard house asked for our unit # and we don’t have it! I felt stupid. Will not stay here again or book through this agency.

Unit was amazing and clean. Only issue was communication. We couldn’t enter property without a unit number that we never got. We texted and it was never returned. We called and waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer: something so basic shouldn’t have been so difficult. So use these guys, just make sure you have a unit number :)
