The second bedroom features a queen bed, a 24” flat-screen TV, and an intimate balcony with a partial Gulf view. A pair of twin-size beds await in the third bedroom, which also has 32” flat-screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Great corner condo! Fantastic view of gulf on the main balcony. You can see the dolphins so bring binoculars. Beach was wonderful as always!

Beautiful condo! Loved the view!! The best part is to sun never directly hitting the balcony so it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the view without the sun hitting you in the face. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean upon arrival. The battery in the key pad died while we were there, but they responded very quickly and had us fixed up in no time. The staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee pot is really small so we had to make a couple pots every morning, but obviously this is a minor complaint. We love staying at the plantation because this area has lots to offer and isn’t over crowded. I would highly recommend!!

We loved the 3 balconies. There were 8 of us total and we found the space easy to enjoy for that size group. It was comfortable and convenient and in a wonderful location with beautiful beach views from the main balcony.
