It's just a few steps from the sugar-sand beach (with seasonal beach service), multiple outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, a sauna, and a picnic area with a shared gas grill. You'll also enjoy easy access to the gorgeous fairways at Kiva Dunes Golf Course. THINGS TO KNOW There is a $35 parking pass fee per vehicle (2 max) per visit. The condo is right on the beach, which is not crowded. The Sassy Bass Grill in the property serves wonderful food, so you can enjoy eating out without driving, if you'd like. Very nice location with plenty of amenities such as, pool, hot tub, exercise room, etc. really enjoyed the location away from the more crowded areas.
