Upon arrival the mirror in the bathroom fell off of the wall. Thankfully it didn’t break or hit the ground but it did fall on the counter and had chip’s fall off. I let the host know on Friday and no response during the stay or even after checkout. Trash was left in the kitchen and smelled. I let the host know about this as well and never received a response. I was then concerned about whether the condo was cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Overall very poor communication and unacceptable customer service.

PAY ATTENTION to the reviews when people say Avari is utterly unresponsive. We never received the check in code (same thing happens to MANY people based of reviews). The automated message was simply pasted and sent without adding our info to it. Claimed we could check in at 4, did not receive a code until 8pm after calling 4 different numbers then sitting on hold for an hour and a half. I had to get in touch with airbnb support for help. Avari never responded to our messages despite stating we could message them for help. The place itself was okay. Did not use the comforter as it had textured stains, not just discoloration. The bathroom shower had hair in it from previous users which could've easily been cleaned with a rinse down. The toilet could've been cleaner. Everything else was fine, the location and the property is great. Besides it being the absolute worst check in experience I've ever had we enjoyed ourselves. I will be avoiding booking with avari from here on out for sure.

The Avari was the perfect little place for a weekend stay. It was spacious for a studio, easy and beautiful walk to the beach, and very clean which I appreciated above all.
We did have a minor issue with the pull out bed coming off on one side where it hooks on. Thankfully, it was an easy fix & we were able to hook it back into place without issue. If anything, we feared it was broken. I wanted to mention in case it might needed to be checked when it gets pulled out again to make sure it’s securely on the track. We let management know the next morning and they were quick to respond and handle the situation. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to visit again!
