Check-in was smooth, and the property suited our week-long anniversary trip. The master bed was comfortable, and we loved the balcony.

A few areas need attention: the couch is firm and dated, the second bedroom and fold-out bed were not cleaned properly, and the master TV needs updating. The shower was usable but never fully hot. The hot tub was enjoyable, though the strong chlorine irritated our eyes.

Sassy’s food was good but expensive. The property is also about a 21-minute drive from amenities, so stock up before arriving.

Overall, we enjoyed our getaway and made wonderful memories.

The location is Fort Morgan side. There are restaurants, coffee, ice cream, shop on the property. But nothing else is walkable you have yo drive 14 miles to activities. The swimming pools closed at 10:00 pm however when it gets dark the lighting is not bright so you might as well go inside. There is a laundry room on the property for a fee. If you are older and just want to relax the place is perfect. You would need your own games, music or things to do.

the condo i nice the master bed room mattress is very hard , but over a nice condoBut the amenities that are listed the hot tub the sauna where both out of service , and they don't tell you up front that there is a parking fee 40.00 . and very little commination with anyone.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The best feature is the balcony and ocean view. Beds were comfortable and clean, no cleanliness issues other than some sand in the unit upon arrival but we get it, sand is like glitter and you’re on a beach, deal with it lol. Beautiful area and peaceful. The pools were clean, beautiful and comfortable temp wise.
My mother and father had never seen an ocean and my father is sick, that said we made a quick plan to take this trip so they could see it together. Very grateful we found a nice place with a reasonable price tag, beachside, at such short notice. Hopefully, we’ll be back!
