Plantation Palms enjoys an enviable location on Fort Morgan Peninsula. With its expansive grounds and unhurried pace, it's an easy place to relax, let the kids roam and let the sound of the surf take you away. 6612 is a three bedroom that will provide you a base camp as you enjoy the pools, the beach, the tennis court and even the fort nearby. With a King, Queen and two twin beds every one will rest comfortably after a hard day of fun. The kitchen has all you need to dine in, or should you choose to dine out there are marvelous selections nearby. Two full baths assure no waiting and when you wake up in the morning the balcony provides a view to the end of the horizon. Think about booking an extra day, you'll be glad you did!

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

The condo was in a nice location on the 6th floor facing the beach. It is a corner unit so it has the main balcony facing the beach, overlooking the pool, as well as two small balconies attached to the king suite and the queen room. The door handle on one of the sliding balcony doors was broken, but they came and fixed it right away! The unit is "older" but fairly well taken care of. Just some minor wear and tear. The owners were quick to respond and took care of most of the issues in a timely manner.

The location was great and the pools were nice. We didn’t receive a welcome packet or amenities card, and when I messaged asking about it they kept saying someone would help us but no one ever got with us. Luckily we didn’t need the cards to get into the pool like they said we would. There also was a broken lamp and the kitchen sink drain was clogged when we arrived. I messaged them about this also but got no response. The salt water pool was closed our last day for maintenance and the hot tub wasn’t working so that was a bummer, but the beach access was great! Kind of expensive for staying just a couple of days. There is only 1 restaurant that is walkable as well. Everywhere else is a 10-20 minute drive. Not a big deal but something to note.
