First off we love the location of this air BNB.
We have been going for 13 years. However this trip the management company was terrible about responding, the cleaning wasnā€™t complete and it was still really dirty. I had to clean the unit and the maid was still there when we arrived. She left and then knocked on the door and asked to come back in for pictures, moved our belongings. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom, melted soap left in the bottom of the tub. This place has very little in the kitchen to work with. Rust and mold in bathrooms and ceiling vents. Master bed is rock hard and living room furniture is dirty. I put sheets over the furniture. This unit needs major updates and a Deep clean. The water heater heats up at times if youā€™re lucky and sometimes itā€™s cool. The Dunes building only has one working elevator right now, they are working on the other one.

The stay was beautiful! The location was less than a 3 minute walk to the beachā€¦ literally just steps away! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The beach was amazing! I highly recommend this stay. The condo was very clean with great amenities.
