Over all…great little place. Would stay again. I reached out to the management company once but didn’t get a response. Luckily the problem worked itself out so there wasn’t any issue.

My wife & I recently stayed a couple of days here. It was a good location, but this property could definitely use some improvement.

Pros:
Good a/c
Close to the beach
Nice grounds surrounding area
Comes with shampoo, etc.

Cons:
Stinks- (there was a noticeable smell I believe coming from the garbage disposal. We had to buy a candle in hopes to mask it for our time there.)
Hot water knob in shower is messed up making it difficult to get a hot shower
“Landlord special”- paint scuffs, light switches not working, baseboards & areas in the bathroom needing attention
Dust on bed railing & walls when you walk in
Mold on shower curtain
Rag under mattress (found this when inspecting upon arrival)
No hairdryer
No blankets

Overall, this property could be great but needs attention. We loved the area & would definitely stay at this facility again, however, we wouldn’t stay at this exact condo again.
