One elevator sucks. Took the stairs many times. Had hours of wait time due to one elevator being down the entire time. Good place to stay. Nice place.

We loved our stay. It was just enough for myself, my mom, and my daughter. The room was clean and exactly as described. The balcony door wouldn’t lock though, but I don’t think anyone is going to come in on the 3rd floor balcony. The queen bed was comfortable but the twin size beds were a little more firm than we like. Some others would enjoy that. Sassy Bass was great and made life easier for a quick lunch since most things you have to drive to. The beach access was great and truthfully we didn’t have any real complaints. Would recommend. Especially for the price we paid!

My only complaints with the condo itself was the water heater did not last enough for my family to get showers and the beds needs updated bad. The building was ok but only had one elevator in operation during our stay and when we loaded up a cart with our belongings at check out we waited 20 minutes and finally one of us went down to the main floor on the stairs to get on the elevator just to make it stop on our floor everyone was trying to use that one elevator and it was a mess. Loved the location away from the younger party crowd beach was not crowed at all

Overall Wonderful place to stay, The Condo itself was great. Guest services may need minor adjustments.

The property manager and two Maintenance staff arrived unannounced and were making entry to repair a non locking, sliding 3rd floor patio door...we had zero knowledge of the request. I was told they had to make the repair and they didn't know whether or not the unit was occupied. Occupied units should not be accessed without knowledge of the current occupant.
Also the Hot tub/Sauna was locked for extended periods of time, i called and was told they were on rounds and would unlock it when they pass through, I asked if they knew when and was told the exact same thing, asked again with same answer, my frustration is that a simple, it could take up to (insert time) and \I would have information to make an informed decision as to wait around or come back later. We came back just over an hour later and it was still locked. The lack of professional communication was frustrating.
