Overall Wonderful place to stay, The Condo itself was great. Guest services may need minor adjustments. The property manager and two Maintenance staff arrived unannounced and were making entry to repair a non locking, sliding 3rd floor patio door...we had zero knowledge of the request. I was told they had to make the repair and they didn't know whether or not the unit was occupied. Occupied units should not be accessed without knowledge of the current occupant. Also the Hot tub/Sauna was locked for extended periods of time, i called and was told they were on rounds and would unlock it when they pass through, I asked if they knew when and was told the exact same thing, asked again with same answer, my frustration is that a simple, it could take up to (insert time) and \I would have information to make an informed decision as to wait around or come back later. We came back just over an hour later and it was still locked. The lack of professional communication was frustrating.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was just right. It was well stocked with kitchen tools which made for an easier time making meals etc. would def stay in this exact unit again!

We had the best time!!! The condo was clean and setup so nicely. If you want to stay away from town and the craziness, this is your ideal place!! The grandkids loved the 2 pools and the perfect beach! Can't wait to come back!
