Beach-going families will delight in the Gulf-front location and amenities of this Gulf Shores condo, a comfortable, casual retreat with a private balcony, lovely views of the beach and the water below, and onsite facilities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts! This air-conditioned condo is located on the seventh floor of Plantation Palms, a beachfront complex within Gulf Shores Plantation on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. You'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a sauna, and a boardwalk to the sugar sand beach right downstairs, and the manicured golf course at Kiva Dunes just a short drive away. Things to know: Seasonal beach service is offered Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

This was not the original condo we booked but due to an accident at the original property we were relocated here. Transfer of properties & refund were hassle-free. Quick responses to the couple of minor issues we had. There was a spare blanket in the closet & it was the BESTEasy access to beach & property amenities. Good restaurant on site. Overall good experience.

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort for many years. We have our favorite Condominiums we stay in. Plantation Palms 6704 was our first time staying there and it was a very nice experience. We loved the decor and furnishings. Neat and cozy. Like a home away from home. We would definitely stay in Plantation Palms 6704 again in the future.
