Come enjoy a private beach getaway at Plantation Palms, a beachfront building that sits down the Fort Morgan Peninsula in Gulf Shores! Whether you're lounging on the white sand, relaxing by the shared pools and hot tub, or practicing your serve on the tennis court, you're sure to have a great time. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen within your condo, free cable TV and WiFi, and a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Two fishing poles for beach fishing and pickle ball rackets and balls are provided for added enjoyment. Equipped with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon, this condo has everything you need for a day of fun in the sun.

This beachfront property sits right next door to the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, within walking distance of several restaurants and an easy drive from an assortment of family-friendly activities, including parasailing and jet-skiing. You'll be 13 miles west of the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Gulf State Park, which is wonderful for fishing and picnicking. Four miles beyond are the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail and Adventure Island, which offers arcade games and mini-golf. You can also spend your days at Hummingbird Ziplining or launching a boat at Fort Morgan. Fishing charters and a water park are also nearby.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests will have access to all six outdoor pools, the indoor saltwater pool, the Dome Pool in Bldg. 4, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, as well the sauna located on the Gulf Shores Plantations grounds.
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Great location for family vacations. Has outdoor box on balcony full of beach toys, shovels, and chairs. Also had an extra beach wagon previous guests left. Spacious with updated master bathroom and tub in bedroom beside balcony. Front load Washer and dryer provided in room. Quick and easy walk to beach, hot tub and exercise room located in building adjacent to this one.

Pros: great access to pools and a beautiful beach that is not crowded at all! The beach was a highlight!
Unit has comfy beds and everything you need for a nice stay. The air conditioning looked new as well and worked really well! We loved the coffee shop Selah within walking distance.

Cons: I did not read the description well or realize how far away this is from the town of gulf shores. The unit was also remodeled well and decorated nice but it’s an older unit.
This unit wouldn’t be our first choice to stay again because we like being close to the town and there are newer rentals in the same price point.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and laid back. The easy walk to the beach was our favorite as well as the pools and courts. We ran into two issues, one not having an amenity key our first day and the second night the A/C went out. Both times I reached out I had a quick response and resolution. Overall, we would stay again.

The place was great! Even though we didn’t stay long it was a wonderful
Visit! However the ac broke the night before so we had a rough night of sleep our second night! Also I don’t like the fact we have to pay for a parking pass that should be included and given inside the room upon arrival! Also there is no room for early check in which is and could be inconvenient for a lot of people upon arrival! Other than that I can’t complain!

Beautiful beach. Beautiful view. Condo had nice bedding and nice furniture. Nice balcony Nice towels and comfortable bedding. Nice washer and dryer. Could use new pots and pans. Needs to clean out the beach storage bin. All of what was in there needs to be thrown away. Did not have any beach chairs to use. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Indoor and outdoor pools were good. No hot tub .
