Decent but could be better

Proximity to the beach, good restaurant on site, nice pool and outdoor facilities

Broken handle on fridge, couldn't connect to wifi for the first day, no password was given and I had to call to get it. Indoor hot tub was broken 1 day and the other days it wasn't hot at all. Just lukewarm water. One of the saunas was broken. One of the elevators was broken. Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned at any time during booking. Tv was way too small and did not connect to any cable service.

I have used Airbnb alot and this was definitely the worst experience. Avari entered my Airbnb without my consent for a non-emergency. This was shocking. They entered solely because the TV didnt work properly. I was sent a text message for some random person from Avari stating that they were entering the space. i was not avaliable and did not see the message for hours. I replyed and said do not enter. when we returned we noticed they did enter and we believe our things were touched. This was shocking!! Things were broken and lots of stains in the Airbnb. in addition there was a $40.00 parking fee that we were not made aware of until we arrived. When I inquired about this Avari said in the airbnb description it said parking fee. It didn't say $40.00 which i believe is absolutely outrageous. I would never book with them and I would suggest no one else book with them either.

It had security 24/7 . We stayed on the beach which accessible by boardwalk. They had a pool but the jacuzzi was closed other than that ut was great .. not far from restaurants and they had their own litter bar out back ...

Good place, nice view of the beach. Easy access to the beach. However, we did not get a card to get in the Jacuzzi, or indoor pool. It took calling 6 times and talking to several different people. No one works the office on the weekends. So we didn’t get the card until Saturday night half way through the trip. I would stay again.

The place was pretty good overall, the location and amenities were great. However, the communication could have been better.

The apartment is a bit outdated, but still comfortable. When we arrived, there were some clothes and underwear left behind by previous guests, which should have been removed beforehand. Also, the bathroom light wasn’t working, and there was a bit of trash on the restroom floor.

Overall, it was a decent stay, but I believe a few improvements would make it a true 5-star experience.
