I love the palm tree by the patio! It why I wanted to rent this condo again! So makes it feel like vacation!

All the admenties were very nice. Property was well taken care of at all times! Security was very helpful and very nice and friendly!

The condo itself was not in the best shape. The bed spreads were the same as the year before! The shower bar had not been repaired just an expandable one put up, the lint and dust was caked on the louver doors from the air conditioner! I found beads from the ankle bracelet I broke from the year before which told us that the condo is not cleaned very well! The cook ware is very old and looks like it came from a garage sale! The patio doors were very had to slide. The pillows were terrible! I know updating can take a little money but getting over a $1,000 a week for rent you can afford it!

Great convenient condo with everything we needed for a lowkey, family beach vacay. Walk to beach was exactly what I wanted, while pools were nice options for later when we didn’t wanna get sandy; also the take one/leave one toy drops were awesome! Space itself was cool and comfortable, and extra fans made it even better. Beds felt a little older and squeaky, but were clean and had crisp, fresh linens. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms for a family of 5, plus helpful kitchen supplies.

Great getaway for the family, home and amenities as described. Beach wasn’t over crowded plenty of space to enjoy.
