Overall great couple of days at the beach. Will stay there again!

Overlooking ocean. Small but cozy.

Nothing we did not like. It was great. But did want you to know there was no hair dryer and the blender container is cracked. Just an fyi.

The keyless entry was very tricky, but I figured it out. And the toilet wants to constantly run, but everything else was fantastic!

Nice location!
-We were missing amenities and when we requested to get them we never received them.
- Floors were not very clean when we arrived
Overall for the value it was a good place to stay but we were disappointed with things missing that we needed.

I liked this condo , I would stay again, and I do recommend. I want to leave an honest review because the reviews I read made me pretty hesitant. First read the description of the condo and what it offers. This is a studio condo/apartment Do not feel bamboozled when you Arive and it is small. The pictures are pretty accurate. As far as occupancy this is perfect for 2 people but my group of 4 were close and this condo worked for us (small but doable). The hallway to the condo (my only real complaint) there is a smell and the smell is not pleasant and definitely should be investigated! On a positive the room does not smell at all and is near the stairwell, a quick and easy path straight outside near the boardwalk to the beach (loved this).The door code to the condo worked well take a few minutes with this and you will figure it out. The room was very clean. Communication with Avari was easy had no issues. Lastly the beach view from the condo was awesome! The beach itself was not busy.
