Disappointing Cleanliness and Poor Guest Communication

It was convenient to access pool and beach and it was spacious

First off I’m a cancer patient and having a clean room is important to my health every single ceiling fan has a inch thick of dust as if haven’t been cleaned in months which is not good for someone like me to breathe in. Also we are charged cleaning fees of $120 this should be in that fee of cleaning we had to actually clean this ourself because it’s very unsafe for me to breathe something we shouldn’t have had to do. Another thing it is nowhere written on a paper in the room about no towels over the balcony I finally found this written by researching online and pulling a guide up but a few things in this topic is the security team are extremely rude about the approach of this it’s not what you say but how you say it and their approach is very rude. Also you as a company or owner of this property my suggestion is to do a few things out a notice or paper to guests somewhere in the room about this and also add some sort of hooks on the exterior so people can hang and dry their towels. This unit doesn’t have laundry setup so unless you want mildewed and wet towels from your guests area I would suggest to add this to help both your guests and yourself. Also the rule they have about the hot tub having 5 total people around it is insane when the hot tub could fit more than 12 people we had 3 security come swarm us as if we were doing something horribly wrong and my family along with another family were sitting around the hot tub or some in it we were very calm not rowdy just meeting new people and conversating calmly and quietly they came in 3 deep with security that had guns on them as if we were doing something awful. The location itself was beautiful but this place needs to loosen up a little. Also this location would do so much better if it added in an arcade and a little town market on property to give kids activities and give shopping options since there is not much nearby.

We really loved staying here! It was very clean, pools were great, easy beach access, & felt very safe with the security guards around. We will definitely be back! It was away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores which we really enjoyed and with that food options are available close to the place as well as a dollar general. My husband, me, and my 2 kids have no complaints. ☺️
