This unit features updated furnishings, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy making a home-cooked meal in the condo's full kitchen with plenty of seating for dining with the family. Whether you are enjoying the AC inside or relaxing by the complex's shared pool you are sure to find a little 'R&R' at this condo! This condo is very centrally located and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. It's only one mile and a half to Escape House Waterville and five miles to the famous Gulf State Park Pier. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only two miles from your door. Do you and your friends enjoy the outdoors? Then head one-mile northeast to Wade Ward Nature Park and enjoy the beautiful natural wetlands and wildlife, including otters, pelicans, and sometimes alligators. THINGS TO KNOW This retreat is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator at this complex. One flight to enter.

This is my second stay at Lani Kai, but in a different unit. I love the location and the easy access to the beach. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I brought my two grandkids ages 5 and 7 and this was their first time experiencing the ocean. They loved it so much! They also loved the “warm” pool as they called it after swimming in the ocean all day. I can’t wait to come back next year, as I am making Gulf Shores an annual trip. I recommend this unit for anyone that is planning a trip to Gulf Shores in the future!
