This condo is very centrally located and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. It's only one mile and a half to Escape House Waterville and five miles to the famous Gulf State Park Pier. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only two miles from your door. Do you and your friends enjoy the outdoors? Then head one-mile northeast to Wade Ward Nature Park and enjoy the beautiful natural wetlands and wildlife, including otters, pelicans, and sometimes alligators.

Overall, my stay was absolutely wonderful!!!!! Even though I didn’t need handicap accessibility, I’m sure someone else m

The property was in a wonderful location, we were super close to many restaurants and stores, everything was in walking distance, and, it was only 2 blocks from the beach!! Everything was clean! Fully stocked with everything I needed for my 3 day stay! I loved the box with the laundry soap, the dish washing liquid, sponge, and dishwasher packs, it was so thoughtful!! Cable and WiFi was readily available, and it was really gave me more than a bang for my buck, will be staying again!!!!!

The only downfall, which wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be is that it only has one bathroom, other than that everything was amazing!

First, if the check in is at 4pm, I expect to be able to get in at 4pm. The code did not work until 4:20 after calling the management number given to us multiple times with no answer. The management company was not responsive at all. Secondly, the place was not clean, dirty pad under the vanity in the bathroom, dust on all surfaces in the bedrooms. Third, if you have small children, the netting on the deck has holes in it. Overall, the place was what we were looking for, but the management company requiring use of a third party identification verification website and then not being able to get into the condo or reach anyone when it was time to check was extremely aggravating. You get what you pay for with this place, but the management company needs to answer the phone and ensure the place is getting cleaned properly…
