Gulfside Townhomes #7 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. This lovely condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which is perfect for children or teens.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to fix a tasty dinner including granite countertops and stainless appliances. The downstairs has ceramic tile while the bedrooms, which are both upstairs have carpet. The master bedroom offers a private balcony which is perfect for that morning coffee while watching the waves and pelicans. Off the living area, there is an additional balcony that is gives the opportunity for watching beautiful sunsets while relaxing after a busy day in the sun and sand. Take a dip in the complex pool or just relax in the lounge chairs and work on your tan.

I would stay there again since it wasn't overall bad, but my expectations are much lower.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable.

Charging such a large cleaning fee I expected the place to be spotless. But there was some form of BBQ sauce or ketchup at the top of the stairs and both Jacuzzi tubs were non functioning or dirty. Green sludge came out of the jets on one and the other was leaking.

This property is not on the 13th floor. There is no 13th floor. If you look at the picture you can tell it’s not on the 13th floor as listed, but this needs to be corrected. We were not given the unit number in the email and had to call to find out. We had to wait awhile for someone to answer the phone. When she sis she was very courteous and helpful. She stayed on the phone to make sure we got into the condo. Overall a good stay. The unit was clean. The view was good.

My only complaint is the curtain in the master bedroom was missing so I didn’t feel like we had the privacy we should have had. We hung a blanket over the rod and used a hair clip to secure it so we had privacy. Other than that everything was great!

Love the location of the property. It was so close to everything and the access to the beach was so perfect. The property had chairs and umbrellas for our use which was great saved us some money. We loved it. Family friendly environment
