This property is about a mile from central Gulf Shores’ bars and restaurants, with attractions like Waterville USA/Escape House and Gulf State Park just a little bit further away. And, with a grocery store and coffee shop right next door, it’s easy to feed both your caffeine fix and the family.

Grab some of that coffee and start each day on either of two private, shady decks, both offering a peek-a-boo ocean view. When you get hungry, step inside the full, well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. The open, light-filled space features cheerful nautical decor, bright pops of color, and plenty of space to gather together. We would definitely book again in future!

The balcony’s, the location & easy accessible. It was also very spacious and felt homey.

We liked everything about the property, we just notice the bunk bed the bottom bed was messed up but we used top bunk so all was good. Also the fan in master has a blade loose.

La ubicacion me parecio genial, encuentras locales alrededor a los. Uales puedes ir caminando, lo malo es que le falta mantenimiento (en mi caso una cama rota que no fue reparada en mi estancia) y una limpieza profunda.

The location was easy to find however, the main door to the entrance wouldnt lock at all. The bathrooms were not so clean also. There was a broken hammock and outside area is dirty and full of sand spurs.
I found a toe nail in the master bed and the comforter was filthy.
I recommend only bringing two cars as the neighbors will be on top of you if you have day guests for any reason.
The pool was nice temperature but small.
The boat launch is not a boat launch. Huge drop off and no decline/ just a drop off.
The ceilings fans all need to be replaced and they should hire a new cleaning crew.
