I loved the balcony view. The furniture and beds were comfy. We were provided everything we needed. I would suggest remotes are checked. Batteries had been removed and remotes were hidden and did not match the tv’s. I would also suggest a directory for dish channels. We do not usually watch a lot of tv but it gets darker earlier and the remotes were inconvenient because we missed kickoff as we searched for the remotes. The shower soaps were not checked before check in and we did not have them provided but we fortunately had our own. These issues were resolved the next day. They provided everything we needed and other than the remotes it was an enjoyable stay. Joe the security guard was great. It would have been nice to have had an option for early check in during the off season but they were firm about check in no sooner than 4.
