Location was great and the condo was roomie

When we arrived there was no bedding on the beds, no towels, no wash clothes or kitchen towels. We called and they bought it hours later. They said someone forgot to turned in a ticked for housekeeping.

Liked layout (3 BR, each w/ own full Bath). Enjoyed 8th floor view, balconies both beach side & intercoastal side made 2 King rooms especially nice - we used balcony all the time. Parking convenient ($40 cash for 4-nights in March, FYI); ease to get down to the beach multiple times a day is terrific. Avari sent messages before our stay, so we had info we needed in advance. Property was generally as expected.
Not-so-good: Airbnb emails state to always communicate through Airbnb (Avari sent multiple messages to us via the Airbnb app); however, Avari never once responded to our messages. Avari also provided a phone # in their messages, but multiple calls & waiting on hold yielded no answer. Issues: Disposal didn't work (prob switch or a short), lower dishwasher rack missing wheels (we had to prop up to allow spray bar to spin), microwave error messages - worked only sometimes. 2 slow drains. We messaged them so they could plan repairs. Reached them only via their website chat on last day

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies. View of the Gulf was great!
There was a change in management companies just before our stay. Communication was good. I had a couple of questions which were answered within reasonable time frame.

Booked a condo for 2 weeks, there was no mention of a parking fee in the description. When I got to the property I found out there was a $40 per week fee for parking. I’m not oppose to a parking fee but it should be one fee for the duration of my stay and I should be informed before my visit

This property was clean and well decorated. The view from both balconies was beautiful! There were several areas that need minor repairs. The ladders on the bunk beds were not secure at all. There was visible mold on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms.
