The decoration was pretty and we loved the layout of the home. The vision was beautiful.

The place was very pleasant. Everything is close by, the stores, restaurants, beach. I like how the houses are made, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I loved the home we were in because 40 has the view of the beach. Will get again!

Would wish for a hot tub!

I thought the place was nice. You can tell it is lived in. NOT A DUMP by any means! It has covered parking under the home. This property is west of the pier 2.2 (beach) miles. It has 2 balconies with 6 chairs, one that faces the beach (my favorite so peaceful) the upper one faces west (you can see the pool). Kitchen was equipped well for the 4 of us. Had 2 queen beds, full size pull out couch. The pool on the property is clean but on the small side, sign said 25 people in the water at a time. There are 40 units that have access. Busy time of year it may be crowed. You can't get any closer to the beach than this place. No obstruction to views of the gulf and beach. I would stay here again! It is decorated with positive beach vibes. All n all great place.

Awesome location. 2 second walk to the beach. Great spot next to a lot of local fun. Easy checkin as well. Highly recommend

Pros: Had great view with the large windows and balconies. Was right on the beach. The pool was nice. The room overall was very clean. Easy check in.Cons: The entrance/exit. Was right at a red light, making it hard to enter/exit.The dryer made a very loud noise when on, but dried clothes. The shower door in the master bathroom was on backwards. And no sheets or blankets for couch bed.Overall would stay again. Very nice place!
