Sliding glass doors to the balcony create an effortless indoor/outdoor flow. KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and 40” smart TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, water closet, and tub/shower combination. A second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed (with twin trundle below) and 32” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, water closet, and a walk-in shower. We've stayed in the Sanibel condos multiple times and really like them. They are located just across the street from beach public access on West Beach. This condo was again very nice, clean and well-appointed. Ice maker is great for taking a cooler to the beach. Sanibel is managed very well and a pleasure to stay at. We did have to buy a $35 parking pass from the office that was always supplied in the past. Parking in back is a good idea for shade and easy access to the main back street that takes you to the main road. Again, this was a very nice and updated condo with all the conveniences most all the Sanibel condos have, very comfortable. It does have Dish Network and we were never savvy enough to get our Roku stick to work on the TV. All in all, and after 27 years of stays in Gulf Shores, you won't regret this nice stay and convenient beach locale. They do have a beach cart on the balcony and you will need one for the trip to the beach. Not a long walk at all but a cart is a must! Sanibel is also down on West Beach in a great area, away from town and almost all beach houses around.

It was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and felt like this condo helped us have an amazing experience! The location is perfect because it's right across from public access to the beach. The condo was beautiful and we loved the huge windows overlooking the gulf. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and dolphin watching. We would 100% stay here again.

Worked perfectly for our needsYou need cash to buy the parking passes which was not conveyed. You also didn't provide clear instructions on what to do if the office was closed for parking. Otherwise good.
