I’d recommend this property to anyone just as long as it was properly cleaned and the lady didn’t show up and stand ther

I liked the location and the fact it was only on the first floor.

For some reason dishes were still soaking wet and placed into the cabinet? Also literally all of the dinner plates were dirty with food and placed in the cabinet. Had to rewash all of them. The left side refrigerator was covered in grease from where it looks like it was beside of a stove and grease splashed all over it, no clue how that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Last thing was the cleaning girl showed up 15 minutes before our check out time and then stood there while we rushed to get everything out of the room so she could start

I loved that it was on the beach. The private balcony from the bedroom gave you the view of the beach. The balcony from the living room gave you the view of the pool and the road. Would definitley stay again.

Overall our stay was good. The location was nice and easy unit access. They had plenty of cooking materials (pots, plates, etc) and cleaning supplies for dishes and laundry. There were only 4 towels, 4 rags and one hand towel but we had some of our own to use as well.

Issues that could be fixed would include the blinds. The blinds were pretty flimsy and not all placed correctly so fully closing them was tricky. The windows are pretty tinted, but being on a first level unit I would have liked better coverage.
Our main issue has really shown since our departure. When we first arrived we noticed what looked to be previous water damage on the ceiling and possibly mold or mildew on the ceiling. We figured we’d be alright and stuck it out. I started feeling a bit ill on the trip but managed, but am now sick back at home. My partner now also has an upper respiratory infection as well.
Avari is great; we’ve used them before and likely will again. I think it’s mainly a building issue.

I was very disappointed. With the location and surrounding I really expected it to be nice.

How close it was to the beach.

The air was broken. The first day we arrived and was not fixed until 12 o'clock that night. There was a mode on the ceiling in the living room and not just a little bit very noticeable the washing machine and dryer was broke. We were not able to wash towels and we were there for three days.
