The location is beautiful and matches the pictures, but our stay had some major issues. We saw roaches in the condo and tried calling Avari multiple times with no answer. After messaging, and only after contacting Airbnb, we finally got a response. We were told pest control was an HOA issue and someone would come, but no one ever did.

Even after checkout, I followed up again and still received no response. Communication from Avari was very poor throughout the entire stay.

Another concern was the lack of a deadbolt on the main door, only a flip lock. This felt unsafe, especially with young kids, and made us uneasy.

Overall, nice location, but the poor communication and unresolved issues made for a disappointing experience

Decorations and condo location was good. But it was unfortunate that there was an infestation of cockroaches all the days we were there, which took away from enjoying the condo fully. We contacted Avari and exterminator arrived next day unannounced while we were out. We were told they would contact us before they arrived. The extermination did not work. We contacted Avari again. After no response in 3 days we contacted Airbnb, they filed a violation against Avari and stated they would consider a removal of the listing from Airbnb. We continued to kill cockroaches by using 2 cans of raid, found under the kitchen sink, until we finally decided to leave a day early. The shower also didn’t not work. Called Avari and plumber arrived next day without notice. Would not recommend this condo because of Avari management!
