Island Sunrise is a wonderful complex. Perfectly situated on the east side. I love that it is a smaller allowing you to be able to meet most of the other guests. Unit 263 is decorated beautifully and has plenty of kitchen amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. I would let you know that it is time for some maintenance though. The air vent in the kitchen is falling down. Needs new drywall anchor to hold it up. The door knob in the 2nd bedrooms bath is very loose. The screws do not appear to be attached to the other side of the know. The door frame to the entry door where the security latch was is missing. You'll need to replace the whole door frame. Some of the feet on the dining chairs are missing making for a rocky seat. LOL! Finally, the mattress in the primary (king) bedroom looks like the waves at the beach. We were afraid it would be uncomfortable but surprisingly it was not. Many of the maintenance items I would have handled if I had a screwdriver but I had taken my toolbox out of the car so I could pack more swimsuits.

We loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect. The place was clean and well stocked. My kids didn't want to leave. I hope to return again very soon! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was clean and well stocked. We heard a lot of upstairs noise from the people above us at all hours of the night. The pool was very dirty and we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo and proximity to dining and shopping and the beach.
