Excellent condo with the view of the ocean and very clean. Had all the amenities needed. Coffee maker and also keurig. Both bedrooms had king beds and excellent mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Quiet, if there were neighbors we never heard anything. Easy access to beach. Restaurant on beach easy to walk to.

Condo was beautiful and clean, location was great. The internet went out the second day and 20+ calls to the management company went unanswered. I finally had to call the internet company out for a modem reset because Avari would never answer the phone. A simple problem with a simple solution, but Avari was completely unresponsive. Glad we didn’t run into any other issues, but would definitely not stay with Avari again.

The space was as described , and very clean!

This Condo was a really nice condo with a few imperfections as far as Cleanliness goes. Nothing really bad. It just needs some furniture cleaned or replaced along with the Rug. Sofa needs leather cleaned. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay. Really Enjoyed our stay except My sister developed a Sinus problem while we were there. Got better when we got home. Not sure what caused it.
