I wouldnt stay in this particularl unit again cuz it’s just a management company with zero answers but I love the Royal

Location to the beach is perfect. Felt safe and away from all the party hotels. Lots of dishes and pans in the kitchen for cooking. Nice to be able to borrow beach chairs for the beach in the room behind the elevator.
Clean sheets and towels and very clean.

Upon arriving we had to give our room number to the lady at the gate. Non of that was disclosed and it took me going back to 7 emails to find the room number.
(Let me disclose I have worked with Airbnb property managers for over 5 years and understand the door codes and difficulty w property management.)
Once we got to the room it had a 12 digit code to unlock and lock the door. It didn’t work. I tried it 5x and was worried it was gonna lock me out. So I called and messaged. I was on hold for 8 minutes and suddenly it worked. I guess someone knows how to use the remote lock and unlock as well.
Anyway. I booked the place cuz it had a pool and gym so I could continue my running training on the treadmill. I asked for the codes. And I had to ask for the wifi. Nothing was given in the check in email with the 12 digit door code. The gym and pool code never worked. I asked a few times and they apologized but had no solution.
We planned to cook most meals. Easy enough but no salt and pepper on site. Shakers funny enough but no contents.
My mom stayed in the big bed room and tv didn’t have cable or connect to anything.
No body wash in either bathroom. Which is fine but then take the bottle out.
I stayed in the bunk bed which is usually fine for me but it wasn’t a mattress it was a foam pad and it was not made for anyone over 5’8. And I’m 5’10.

Great view looked like pictures. However, not having code to get in hot tub was an inconvenience. Body wash was empty & just FYI bunk beds are more kid sized could not stretch legs out.
