Everything was great! The balcony was awesome! The condo was clean.

The only problem was the pull out bed mattress was not comfortable. I would say it needs to be replaced other than that everything else was great!

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, Faith! It sounds like the balcony was a perfect spot for you to relax and take in the views. We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for our guests, so it’s wonderful to know that met your expectations.

We appreciate your feedback about the pull-out bed mattress. Comfort is important, and we’ll definitely look into that to ensure future guests have a better experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay in Gulf Shores!

We already want to rebook the same condo or building for another beach trip.

The location was perfect for a quiet, peaceful beach trip. Being at the end of the beach meant we were never in the crowds fighting for a spot on the beach.

The elevator needs a fan or exhaust. It was stifling but that was the only small issue with our 4 day stay.

Avari response:

Margie, it’s wonderful to hear that you’re already thinking about your next beach trip! We’re thrilled that you enjoyed the peaceful location of our Gulf-front condo and found it to be a perfect escape from the crowds. There’s something truly special about having the beach to yourself, isn’t there?

We appreciate your feedback about the elevator; we want every aspect of your stay to be comfortable. We’ll definitely take your suggestion into consideration. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway soon!

Spent alot of time on the balcony, and the beach was perfect. great view from the 13th floor.

Location, beach and balcony. Beds were good!

No pictures on the walls, no coffee table and some dirty pans in the cabinet. Reported to the host as all the pictures shown in the photo were in the closet. Couch needs replaced. Overall i wasn't unhappy, just needs a little TLC

Elevators kinda smelled bad, really only complaint i have

Thank you, Jawaun, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the amazing ocean view and found the space comfortable for your family. It’s wonderful to know that the beds met your needs, as we strive to create a cozy atmosphere for our guests.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback about the elevators. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’re sorry for any discomfort it caused during your stay. We’ll make sure to address this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing getaway by the ocean!
