I will start by saying this unit could use a deep clean, or possibly just some closer attention. There were a few cleanliness issues we ran in to. Most of the issues could be looked past, or taken care of on our own. The location of this unit has perfect access to the indoor pool & facilities. It is a short walk to the beach. The main outdoor pool for our building was not clean or cool. The jets weren’t working so there was a lot of floating trash/bugs. However, the other pools on the property were in good condition. The restaurant on site was good & decently priced.

Property was nice. Location was ehh. I didn’t realize it was so far out from everything. Dollar General is right down the road so that was good. The pool was nice. Entry codes are too long. Had to call and receive new entry codes twice because they wouldn’t work. After a long day at the pool, being locked out was very aggravating. The vacasa help line was helpful with getting a new code.
