Fort Morgan is nine miles to the west, with its signature Civil War battlements and boardwalks available for exploration. The adjacent Mobile Bay Ferry provides access to Dauphin Island.

A mi familia y a mi nos encantó la ubicación a unos pasos de la playa, la unidad está equipada para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes en familia. Lo único que nos faltó fue un comal para calentar tortillas pero usábamos un sartén para calentarlas 🤭, tal vez las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento ( limpieza profunda como las manijas de la regadera) y los utensilios necesitan remplazarse porque ya se ven lo normal usados por el tiempo pero aún cumplen con su propósito para usarse, en general todo muy bien , la comunicación y las instrucciones muy claras desde el principio. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

We love the plantation apartment building. It’s an amazing location, direct beach access, and lots of pools. This is our second time staying at a unit at this building managed by Avari. Not sure who’s to blame, them or the owner. The unit was not clean and is very poorly maintained. The handle to the sliding glass door is broken and cut my husband’s hand. The couch and recliner were both stained, sticky, and uncomfortable. The handles in the showers are caked with black mold. The unit just feels really neglected. Like I said this is our second time returning because we love the location and its amenities. I own an air b and b and pride myself on having a clean home and comfortable furniture. I wish the owners of the plantation units did the same!

It was a little tight but we just needed a place to sleep so it worked out for our family!! It was right in the water so that was great 😊 We had a wonderful time at the beach!!
