The condo itself was great—very clean, well-kept, and exactly what I expected. I truly enjoyed my stay once I was inside.

However, communication with Avari Management was extremely frustrating. I tried calling multiple times and was left on hold until the call eventually disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. I also reached out through the Airbnb chat and never received a response to my question.

I simply wanted to know if I could check in an hour early (around 3:30pm), but since no one responded, I ended up waiting around until the standard 4pm check-in with no guidance. The lack of communication was disappointing.
I later asked for just a one-hour late checkout, the answer was an immediate no. Given there is a five-hour gap between checkout and check-in, and I had already started laundry and the dishwasher, it didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. Property itself was excellent, the customer service and responsiveness from management need significant improvement.

Master bath and shower was a highlight in this condo. You can stand while taking a shower and see the Gulf of America from the 14th floor. October is beautiful but having a balcony that faces south allows for sunbathing away from the wind on a sunny day.

Condo was very spacious and clean. View of gulf and beach was fantastic. Access to beach fast and easy. There were only two downsides, one being the added charge for parking, when you are already paying for the room. I could understand if you needed multiple spots, but we only needed one. Second was the requirement to wear wristband on the property. It would be okay if just needed at pool and beach and you could remove it otherwise, but it was not removable unless you cut it off and then you would have to go get another on.
