The shimmering blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico extend out before you at Lighthouse 1013, a beachfront escape near the very heart of Gulf Shores. You'll spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking in an incredible view of the water from your private balcony.


Step inside to find a gulf-front living room with a flatscreen TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and such at-home comforts as central air conditioning and free WiFi. My husband & I just had our first anniversary, & let me tell you, this place was beautiful! It was cozy, relaxing, clean! The staff were so kind. The view was amazing! The pools were very clean, even with it being spring break & busy busy, the condo did not feel overcrowded. I highly recommend this condo. I do not think anyone would be disappointed. We will be visiting again!

Avari did not respond to a single message I sent nor was I able to get an answer at the number listed in the confirmation message. The shower was backed up and I messaged multiple times for over 24 hours. I tried calling the phone number listed in the confirmation message and was on hold for over 20 minutes twice before giving up. I stopped at the condos reception area and they gave me the number of a local Avari rep who was amazing but my messages/complaints remain unanswered and it’s been over 3 days! Very disappointed in the amount of time I had to spend attempting to find a solution.
