View of beach was even better than expected! Condo was closer to the beach than expected. It was not very clean. Floors and furniture (couch, chairs, etc) were very dirty upon arrival. Stains on chairs and sand in couch/beds. Sock from previous renter found under bed in master bedroom. Host was very responsive to messages.

Avari response:

Thank you, Kimberly, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that the view of the beach exceeded your expectations and that the location was so convenient for you. However, we’re truly sorry to learn that the cleanliness of the condo fell short upon your arrival. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We take pride in maintaining our homes to ensure a comfortable stay, and it’s clear we missed the mark this time. We’ll address these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that future guests enjoy the same beautiful view in a spotless environment.

We’re glad to hear that our team was responsive to your messages, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with the seamless experience you deserve.

Great view of the ocean, right on the beach and located extremely close to popular restaurants in gulf shores. The condo is exactly as shown in photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only “hiccup” I would mention would be the handle to the sliding glass door was almost falling off which made it extremely hard to open to go onto balcony. I messaged the host about it and someone was sent to fix it the next day! Was extremely pleased with the communication with the host as well. Definitely recommend.

Avari response:

Thank you, Alexandra, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the stunning ocean view and the convenience of being close to popular restaurants in Gulf Shores. It’s wonderful to know that the condo met your expectations and that you felt comfortable during your stay.

We appreciate you bringing the sliding glass door handle to our attention. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re glad our team was able to address it promptly. Communication is key for us, and we’re happy to hear you felt supported throughout your visit.

Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future.

Great location to the beach. Need restroom on ground floor. Code was too long to open door. Could use update in bedrooms 2.We did enjoy our stay. Weather didn’t cooperate though. Thanks.

Avari response:

Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your thoughts with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the great beach location, even if the weather didn’t quite cooperate during your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the restroom situation and the door code; we understand how important convenience is, and we’ll definitely look into ways to improve that for future guests.

As for the bedrooms, we’re always striving to enhance our properties and your insights are invaluable in that process. We hope you’ll consider returning to Gulf Shores, and we’d love the chance to provide you with an even better experience next time.
