My husband and I took a quick trip down to the area for our anniversary. This was the first time we have stayed in this condo. Over all we enjoyed the unit and would possibly stay here again, but there needs to be some things addressed. The mattress needs to be replaced, adequate pillows purchased, light in kitchen fixed, and cleaning staff needs to do a better job. I did contact Vacasa about the kitchen light and was told someone was scheduled to come out the next day and fix. No one showed. I know it was a Sunday, but when you pay for these condos you expect everything to work correctly. I did get an apology but did not offer to give a discount of any kind. On a positive note the condo was quiet, except for some neighbors who would let their door slam, and very close to the beach. The view from the balcony was awesome and the patio furniture on balcony was in great shape. If the issues I have listed above are fixed the this would be a 5 star rating. With this being a short trip these were minor inconveniences, but if staying longer a big problem.
