I doubt if we rent with Vacasa again. We had a larger unit and they wouldn’t help us with smaller unit when a family had to cancel due to illness even though we had purchased insurance. They wouldn’t help accommodate us with a later checkout time as our flight was mid afternoon. There were no instructions left to tell our responsibilities upon leaving. On a good note, they did send an employee with a replacement television within 24 hours when notified of one being broken.
