Dining and shopping options, as well as Gulf State Park Pier, are within a short walk. Or rent bicycles at Beach Bike Rentals and explore the Hugh Branyon nature trail through Gulf State Park. Partake of nearby parasailing, fishing, and boating activities, or find fun for the whole family at Adventure Island. After a day at the beach, relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sofa bed. Watch a new movie on the 55” cable TV. Start the day off right by preparing a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar. Perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and Netflix capabilities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The shared pool is unheated. Parking is not available for RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, or 4-wheelers. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

I’ve used Vacasa for several years and have also stayed in many of the units at this establishment without any major issues at all. This particular unit wasn’t bad either, however, it could use a better paint job and a broom. I would recommend using Vacasa and the Clearwater condomendiums.

We were actually booked at a different location, but "construction" was not going to be finished on time and vacasa set us up here. Inside had a few run down things, but the location was great! Really enjoyed the balcony view and the easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and stores too.

Our original condo we were supposed to stay at flooded and Vacasa was great finding us a new place very last minute! While this wasn’t our original condo, it was still a great place to stay! The staff was very helpful when we couldn’t access our unit and everyone in the building was so friendly! The unit was clean and felt very welcoming! It had great views and walking distance to the main strip. We definitely will return to this location if it’s available for us! Highly recommend!
