Unit didn’t state what floor level for the elevator upon arrival. It is labeled P2 on elevator but told 14th floor for check in. Thankfully the gate attendant helped with that upon arrival. We also never got a pool code from the rental company even when asking but people just let us in and out when needed. The dryer did not work but the rental company brought extra towels upon asking. It turned on but never actually dried all the way. Just barely heated and got lint everywhere. The unit was clean and very convenient to the beach. I would definitely stay in Royal palms again, but wasn’t overly impressed with this unit as a whole. The dryer really made things difficult when it came to wet beach clothes/towels.

I want to thank avari for accommodating us after airbnb canceled my reservations 2 days before my vacation. The penthouse was awesome! The view from P2 was amazing! I'd definitely go back again if given the chance! Thanks again avari management!
